The titel track rush me fuses the Steinbergian House style with the Lo-Fi charm of the roaring 20s. IT comes over slightly poppy but with a very relaxed and laid back groove. Steinberg at his best! Format:Bs rush me remix, that has been reduced to the original vocals comes over trippy and with a good dose of bongos making it into a grooving party track. Steinbergs Es la Vida is an elegant reduced tech house beauty. The rhythmic, percussive vocals hit on a very monotone but kicking bass line. A touch of a warm night by the sea in Spain! Format:Bs interpretation of Es la Vida concentrates on the vocals and some of the percussion from the original, and combines Steinbergs basics with a hypnotic synth-structure that boils up in the last third of the track until it finally explodes! All tracks arent scared to admit that theyre aiming for the peak time. 4* different styles. Kick ass!

Metope - "From Druida E.P."
If you are a true techno fan (or work the morning shift at Bar 25) then the producer of our first Beachcoma release needs no introduction. If you are a bona-fide club poser or serve drinks at some culture-deprived Ibiza discotheque, then he is none other than Metope- creator of brilliant electronic music and co-founder of the celebrated Areal Records label. After numerous singles and the memorable 2003 album 'Kobol'.
Metope continues his musical trajectory with this new 2 song EP;
A1)-'From Druida.' The title track is the kind of banger that only Metope can provide, with it's driving groove, psychedelic mood and hands-up energy. Eerie synths and 8-bit effects are juxtaposed against swinging hi-hats and congas to create a track that is truly fresh and bold.
B1)-'Ausgleicher' is seemingly the more playful song of the release, with it's introduction of swung rhythms and cooing percussion sounds. The deception is soon lost however, as unsettling atmospheres and growling saw-tooth waves twist and turn us down a much darker path. With 'From Druida' Metope shows he has not lost his touch for making innovative and provocative electronic dance music, and even though he is Greek, he does own 33% of our record label so we are obliged to include him in our roster.

December being the month of unconditional presents, it is the perfect time for us to introduce you to the AIRDROPPED series.
To inaugurate what will be a string of fine, free for download, music, we are sending over to you a little beauty of a remix signed TILL VON SEIN & CHOPSTICK. The first part to this remix work was released in October as part of SOUL CLAP's Definition EP on Airdrop Records.
Enjoy this second remix which includes the original SOUL CLAP melody present on their hit 3 Wheel E-Motion...

In hot anticipation of his wonderful new album, "Standing On Top Of Utopia", here we present a sublime package of remixes of the track "Alcatraz".
"Alcatraz" in its original form its a stirring reminder of Kasper"s great musical abilities. Featuring the lyric and vocals of acob Bellens, its a driving, piano-led story of ghosts and of children, mysticism and funk.
Jimpster of Freerange fame take primary remix duties and turns in an extra special - detail laden passage through summery, hi-end house. Full of superb twist, turns and blissed out effects, Jimpster really pulled out all the stops here and shows off his skills. Not to be missed!
The second remix comes in the form of Kenton Slash Demon"s trippy dub-house interpretation. The Danish duo inject a slice of classic disco action into their mix, together with a healthy slab of 90s attitude and of course classy production levels.
The enigmatic Zombie Disco Squad also provide a tough, techy interpretation that also honours the great original backing vocals by Josephine Philip, yet spices things up even further with a tense, tribalistic and club friendly lesson in "getting your groove on!"

The 2nd remix package from Filippos recent album “Pagliaccio” features 3 hot remixes from Alex Maier, Koljah and Taras Van De Voorde !
Alex Maier turns Furio into a rocking Chicago anthem with heavy bass and striking keys lashed over pumping beats. Koljah takes Furio into pieces and produces a deep rolling bass monster which could go on forever. Dutch producer Taras Van De Voorde changes the mood for “Kleinmond” for a dark big room sound of filtered synthbass and classic breakdowns.
Watch out !

Klas Henrik Lindblad (AKA Sasse / Freestyle Man) follows up his Vibin EP debut on Hairy Claw with his tasteful 3 tracker, the Century EP.
Things open up with “Century” is all about forward thinking groove, jazzy stabs & some tasteful samples. “Master Class” is all about the bassline and deep house sensibilities whilst “For The Streets” conjures up images of Detroit with its housey drums, cross-faded pads and slightly wonky keys. For those who like things without the samples we also include a dub of the lead track Century.
More to come on the Claw from our favourite Scandinavian Berlin-transplanted Deep House-meister after the summer…. When (if the gods of Odin, Thor, Loki & Freyr are smiling) we may be venturing into album territory for the first time in the Hairy Claw cave.
